Art Supplies I use:

Pencils:
    Any mechanical with HB lead (with .3 or .5 for the best lead for clean lines)

Pens:
    Kohnioor Rapidographs are best for quality inking.
    Sakura Micron Pigma (.02, .03, .05 and .08)- the drawback with these pens is that while disposible and much cheaper ($2- 3 per pen), the ink is easily faded with erasing if you ink over a pencil drawing. This is why I finally went to tech pens.)

Paper:
    Strathmore Bristol SMOOTH, 300 or 400 lbs.
    Canson Sketch book, spiral bound for scribbling
    Bond or Marker paper for smooth pencil drawings
    generic white comp printer/copier paper for sketching

Paint:
    Sakura Koi watercolor (best watercolors you can get in tubes)

Computer:
    Photoshop 7, CS
    OpenCanvas
    Painter
